How much does an interior paint job cost?

Most residential interior projects fall between $400 and $700 per room, depending on ceiling height, repairs, trim, and the paint line you choose. We give a fixed quote in writing — no surprises.

Do you provide a written warranty?

Yes. All interior work carries a 3-year workmanship warranty. Exterior work carries a 2-year warranty against peeling and lifting when proper prep was completed.

What paint brands do you use?

We default to Benjamin Moore Regal Select and Aura for interiors and Aura Exterior for outside. Sherwin-Williams Emerald and Farrow & Ball are available on request. We never substitute brands without your approval.

Do I need to move my furniture?

We move and cover furniture as part of the job. Anything fragile or valuable we'll ask you to set aside, and we protect floors with rosin paper and drop cloths.

How long does the average project take?

A single room is usually one full day. A typical 3-bedroom interior runs 3–5 days. Exterior repaints depend on weather but are commonly 4–7 days.

Do you require a deposit?

For projects over $2,500 we collect a 20% deposit to schedule. Smaller jobs are billed on completion. We accept e-transfer, cheque, and credit card.

Are you insured and WSIB-covered?

Yes. ARCO-PRO carries $2M liability insurance and is in good standing with WSIB. Certificates available on request before work begins.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Absolutely. We handle offices, retail, restaurants, and multi-unit residential. After-hours and weekend scheduling available to avoid disrupting your operations.

For commercial spaces, dial in brand colours the same way. We coordinate with your guidelines and source low-VOC, durable finishes that hold up to high-traffic environments.
